Refund Policy

All products purchased at the SMITHCULTURE webstore can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, under the condition that the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Also, the original labels should still be attached. Shipping costs and risks are for your own account. If you want to return your product please follow the following procedure:

Products that are damaged or worn cannot be exchanged or refunded. Once the item is returned in good condition we will refund the amount to your bank account or credit card. The return shipment will be on your own account. When an item will be sent back to be exchanged for another item, we will send the exchanged item to you free of charge.
